"I stay the night in a sleek new B&B in Llandeilo, the Fronlas... in the morning I'm surprised to find myself on a high street lined with chrome-and-cappuccino delis, antique shops and the type of kitchenware store that looks like a design emporium. In Scorpio, an elegant interiors shop, I rifle through beautiful woollen throws, cushions and blankets by renowned weavers Melin Tregwynt, a family company that has been going for over 100 years..."
